Job Description:

Tibetan Medicine is an ancient Himalayan Therapeutic Practice, dating back some 3000 years it is a synthesis of Tibetan, Chinese and Persian traditional system of medicine. However, in actual practice traditional medical practitioners rely on the knowledge and traditional wisdom imparted to them by their ancestors. The diagnostic methods of this system include examination of mucus, phlegm, saliva and urine and the unique six–finger pulse readings etc.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate in Tibetan Medicine.

Opening:

Employment opportunities are available to qualified practitioners of the various Traditional Systems of medicine. They can also set up their private practice.

Remuneration:

Tibetan medical experts work in private clinics.
