Lobby Manager

Job Description:

The lobby manager is generally the first interface between the hotel and a customer, who is checking-in. Other than interacting with guests and building up business contacts for the hotel his duties also involve sorting out day-to-day problems and looking after the duties of the General Manager and other departmental heads when they are off during the night.

Educational Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
