Description:
They
design computers and its control systems i.e. the hardware, and also develop
computer software. They often work as part of a team that designs new computing
devices or computer-related equipment, systems, or software. Computer hardware
engineers usually design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of
computer hardware—such as chips or device controllers. Software engineers, on
the other hand, can be involved in the design and development of software
systems for control and automation of manufacturing, business, and management
processes.

any area of industrial sector and in defence and research establishments. They
can work with multinationals, in management consultancy firms and in areas
where computer aided systems are used such as aeronautics and space science,
petroleum industry and power plants.
Remuneration:
Starting salary is Rs. 8,000 per month
(excluding other allowances)
