Assistant Commandants In Pilot And Navigator

Job Description:
Under
this branch the officers are trained in flying/navigating, fixed wing aircraft
from shore air stations for the surveillance of the Exclusive Economic Zone
(EEC) of the country. They also operate helicopters, which are embarked on
Coast Guard offshore patrol vessels to provide local surveillance and perform
‘search and rescue’ operations at sea.
Educational Qualification:
Graduates
with physics and mathematics or 10+2 pass candidates holding a current
commercial pilot license are taken as Assistant Commandants in the Pilot/Navigator

Remuneration:
Starting salary is Rs. 8,000 per month
