Job Description:
Work
of a Chemist or Chemical Scientist depends on the area of his specialisation,
like those specialise in Organic Chemistry, work with organic carbon compounds
such as petroleum, dyes and rubber to determine their properties, structure and
other characteristics for improving production processes or to improve on
technical expertise. Those specialising in Inorganic Chemistry are concerned
with metals acids, salts and gases. They work in areas related to production of
acids, salts, mineral and metals etc. Physical Chemists work with
metals, ores, gases and different chemical elements and compounds to ascertain
their physical and chemical properties.
Educational Qualification:
Postgraduate
or Research Degree in Chemistry

Remuneration:
Starting salary is Rs. 7,500 per month
(excluding other allowances)
